Aviv project – Management of the population registry of the State of Israel (MOI). Programming in C++ under the OpenVMS operating system. Working with Ingres databases and Oracle 10g. Dot Net programming including development of web services and applications, as well as working with Active Directory and developing of BizTalk applications. In charge of carrying the biometric acquisition for the production of biometric identity cards and passports.
